Refund Policy
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can try Compass Alpha fully before you pay. After that, paid subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days.
14-day refund window
You can request a refund within 14 days of your payment date. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans, including the first payment after your trial. Once a refund is approved, your subscription is cancelled and access ends immediately. This window matches your right of withdrawal under Belgian and EU consumer law and does not reduce any of your statutory rights.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net to look up your order and request a refund, or contact us at [support email] and we will help. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged.
