1. Acceptance

By creating an account, starting a trial or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You must be at least 18 years old, or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.

2. The service

Compass Alpha provides crypto market education (lessons and a Signal Library), portfolio scores, opportunity signals, Smart DCA tools and wallet insights. Some features show sample data, which is always labelled as such.

3. Not financial advice

All information is for general and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any crypto asset. Crypto assets are highly volatile and you can lose all of your money. Your decisions are your own responsibility. We are not a regulated investment firm and do not hold or manage your assets.

4. Your account

Keep your login details confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing intellectual property; interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping or overloading our systems); reverse engineering; reselling or redistributing the service; or circumventing technical limits of your plan.

6. Intellectual property

We own the service and all related intellectual property, including software, content, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan while your subscription is active.

7. Payments, trials and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes (including Belgian/EU VAT), renewals and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial; unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription renews automatically monthly or yearly at the price shown. 8. Service level

We aim to keep the service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that data from third-party sources is complete or up to date.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by Belgian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, trading losses, lost data or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. After termination your account data is deleted within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes in advance by email or on the site.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
